In fact, the first digit order number must be letters. For example: as YKB000000002532. Order number at the beginning of this one I could not put any letters. I've attached a picture for you to see. rocky Posted June 30, 2010 Share Posted June 30, 2010 The order ID must be an integer. It can't have letters in it. You should be using the invoice number or delivery number fields instead of the order ID. You can go to Orders > Invoices to change the letter prefix in front of invoice numbers.
