Creating a CMS sub-page menu

Hi,

 

I need to have CMS pages with sub-pages. When you visit any of these pages I need to place a menu on the left that allows the user to navigate all of the sub-pages in this section.

 

For example I have an 'About' page. Under the 'About' page are some sub-pages. I need to create a side menu that ONLY displays on the 'About' CMS page that lists these pages. This menu should also be visible on all of the sub-pages themselves, allowing the user to navigate between them.

 

I've created a CMS Block that contains all the links I need but I can't control which page it's on, it appears on every page.

 

Once I've got this CMS Box to only appear on the 'About us' page and it's sub-pages I'll need to do the same for other pages.

 

How can I set a CMS Block to only appear on a certain CMS page?

I havent tried this myself, although I have used some of the tweaks on this page

(including removing the tacky animation when adding products to the cart... it shows a modal window instead )
