Problem with geolocalization

Hi,

 

I have Prestashop 1.4.9 and just activated the Geoloc function in the admin module after installing the .dat file in tools/geoip directory.

Now i can not access my e-commerce website any more. I get the following error message :

Error 404 - Not found

Le fichier requis n'a pas été trouvé. Il peut s'agir d'une erreur technique. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement. Si vous ne pouvez pas accéder au fichier après plusieurs tentatives, cela signifie qu'il a été supprimé.

which basically means : the expected file has not been found. It may be a technical error. Try again later. If you can not acces the file after several attempts it means it has been suppressed.

Can anyone please help ?

In fact the problem seems to come from the fact that I added an other language to my shop (and not from the geoloc). I just went today from one language to several which adds the extension of the countries to the URL. I think this is why I get an 404 error page.

 

I still do not know how to solve my problem. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate.
