restore english lenguage

I accidentally changed some English translations (my intention was to complete some italian translation, but some of those terms are now in english pages), now the problem is that I'm trying to correct them in translation form, but in front office are wrong.

I tried to translate manually reloading .. but I suppose womething went wrong.

 

How can I recharge the English language as it was originally? (without to lose english translation of products)
