only first attribute showing in cart and back office!

I am using prestashop 1.5.4.1 and have products with several attributes . I sell dog leads and the customers can pick several colours for each lead. But when I receive an order it only show the first colour so I have to contact the customer to ask what choice they made. The shopping cart also only shows the first one -as does the invoice - my url is http://www.agilityk9s.co.uk I have been through the documentation and can't find what can be wrong. Help please? - anyone?

I've been assisting with the OP, the issue was that they had upgraded from a previous version of Prestashop (1.5.3 I believe) and the product combinations had to be regenerated for them to work properly again when adding the product to the cart. Should be sorted once that's been done.

well, you also can check out that by ORDERING the COLOR (combination) everything is OK

..but ! by ORDERING SIZES (combination) ..I can not see sizes ordered in the "SHOPPING-CART SUMMARY"..

rightnow I checked out http://www.agilityk9s.co.uk and tested it by ordering:

Large, Herringbone Style Fleece Tuggie Lead

1st Colour : Black, 2nd Colour : Black, Trigger Hook Size : 1" - 2.5cm

 

1st colour , 2nd colour and Trigger Hook Size (3 combinations) work fine as I can see all of them in

the "SHOPPING-CART SUMMARY", not in mine "SHOPPING-CART SUMMERY"..!!

Please, help me !!

Ok so we didn't think this would ever work as my client has 3 drop own lists , each with 10 or 12 items to pick from but in the end guess what? - when you go to generate the combination - click on the product combinations generator and change the default quantity to 5 - then it takes time ,but it works! I have no idea if it will work if you change it to a lower number like 3 and have no idea why this is the case that it all works when you change the default but we're happy ..for the moment! thanks that re-generation helped @joelbardsley. if i have 1 attribute "size". i want to purchase 10 pairs of socks @ 1 euro each. size to add on extra €10 over all.

 

so incorrect (10 socks @ 1 euro * €10 size) = €100

 

but correct would be (10 socks @ 1 euro) + €10 size = €10 + €10 = €20

 

any ideas would be appreciated thank you, Trev.
