Homeslider problem

Hi, I'm trying to use homeslider module but when I enable it, it automatically switch itself off showing up me this message:

 

- homeslider :

None upgrades have been applied

To prevent any problem, this module has been turned off

 

How can I fix it?

What version of prestashop you use?

Maybe download latest version of this addon and then upload it and re-install ?

Thanks for reply, I'm using 1.5.4.1 but I don't know where I can find this module. Can you help me? Thanks!

Had same issue, i uninstalled it (using the button at right) then reinstalled and it worked for me.

download latest prestashop installation library http://www.prestashop.com/en/download

 

unpack this archive, open directory - go to the /modules/ dir and copy the /homefeatured/ module directory to the desktop.

Pack this directory with ZIP. Then go to the back office.

 

"delete" old one, and then: upload new zip from your desktop and reinstall module.

Hi, I use Prestashop 1.6.0.14

I install "Revolution Slider" without problems.

When I install the "homeslider.zip" (273kb), this error occurs:

"importing slider setings and data...

Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!
