How do I allow foreign zip (post) codes when customer is paying with credit card?

Totally new to PrestaShop. I'm not sure if I am just missing a setting or something, but I cannot seem to figure out how to change the zip code format in the credit card check out to anything other than an American 5 digit zip code.

 

PrestaShop 1.5.3

 

We are using the Credit Card Offline Payment - physical POS Module and PayPal.

 

I have allowed all the countries in the 'Country' section. In the Payment section, I have all countries enabled to accept Credit Card payments.

 

What am I missing?

Thanks to Jose, developer of the Credit Card Offline Payment Module, who provided me some updated files to fix the problem. Foreign zip codes are now working correctly for me. Thanks Jose for being so responsive!
