Tintarella Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 This is a bit strange and it could perhaps be cos of my slightly cheap and slow host, but I'm not sure - what do you guys think?The problem is that of all the creditcard payed orders I've receive, about 5% are some how lost. The sale is happening, the customer is paying, the money ends up on our account..but I get no new incoming order in the system from customer.As I said, it works in most cases but somehow some customers orders just don't get noticed in the backend.
