Add a field in contact form and save it in db

Hi!

 

Following this tutorial, I added a field "phone_number" in the form and send its content by email. Now I need to save this information in my ps_customer_message table to show the phone number in Admin. I tried to make some changes in the Contact class, but it didn't work. How could I solve this?

 

Prestashop 1.4.7.0.
