Vouchers are not added automaticcally

Hello everyone, i'm testing the new release 1.5.4.0 and I am having some issues with the vouchers sytem.

 

In the "Code" Section, it says : If there is no code, then the rule is automatically applied to benefiting customers.

 

 

So i'm creating a new cart rule, for one customer, and i do not fill the code input so the cart rule will be automaticcaly added in the cart when the customer checks out.

 

In the My Account => Vouchers page, i see the voucher created, no issue

 

but when I buy a product, and go in the check out page, the voucher is not applied...

 

am i doing something wrong ? Or is it a bug ?
