no product pictures displayed in prestashop 1.531

hi,

 

i still have a problem with the picture thumbnails and large pictures of every of my products...the image can be seen in viewed category block, and similar product block as well..its seems this problem appeared for some of u only on IE... but in my case, it doesn t work also with firefox...i found some comments about to attribute a size to the picture.... anybody can tell me how to process ?

Was this an upgrade or a fresh install, if upgrade have you regenerated the pictures under preferences, images.

If you give a link to the site others can have a look for a better understanding of the issue.

thank you for your reply, i developped my store on my computer (local) then transfered it online... i have done the copy of the pictures in the new location and regenerated every pictures...

 

i can give you the link , no problem, but this store is online for several years... i stopped it for a while...i'm afraid the customer try to buy if i reopen it... how can i do to let you have a look ???

i'm still investigate about my products images don't display, when i right click on the blank space of the picture supposed to display, the information window about the picture return a 0px pictures ...

i don't know why, i regenrated the picture several times, using the new system...

 

i'm a little blocked !!!
