Errore 500 dopo aggiornamento corriere

Ciao a tutti,

stavo facendo manutenzione al sito (tramite un ipad) e ho editato da BO la parte inerente ai corrieri, esattamente ho creato un nuovo corriere e impostato il suo utilizzo per gli acquisti compresi tra 1 e 12.000 euro.

 

Appena salvato il settaggio ho provato a collegarmi al sito ma ho ricevuto il seguente errore:

 

 

Internal Server Error

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Ricevo lo stesso errore se cerco di collegarmi alla parte di Back Office.

 

Sono disperato, cosa posso fare per non perdere tutto il lavoro fatto fino ad ora?
