Create supplier panel to give different price for one product

Hi

I have a question about supplier panel

I know that i can add new user or employee via admin panel and give some permission to add product in prestashop. But i wanna create a supplier panel that supplier can give different price for one product and in product page add a tab to show related suppliare for that product like this link :

please let me know how can implement this feature ? and can i use prestashop modules or i have to develope new module
