Activer {Php} Et {Include} Sous Prestashop 1.5.0.17

Bonjour à tous,

 

Je souhaite activer {PHP} et {include} sur mon prestashop car je souhaite faire un include dans une page TPL. J'ai actuellement un message d'erreur :
