It is not showing any data - zero visitors and there is no configuration option for the module to be able to check any settings that I am aware of. Whispar1 Posted March 7, 2013 Author Share Posted March 7, 2013 (edited) I am getting this error when trying to view analytics and stats modules in BO [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module CacheFs: file_put_contents(/****/****/public_html/cache/cachefs/t/tablesCached) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory Anyone have a thought on this or where to start troubleshooting? It is tracking new customer registrations and orders - but visitor column is still a big fat zero. If any devs/mods happen across this post or anyone that has experienced this, some direction as to where to go next would be much appreciated. moneeeka Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 I have the exact problem. I've been using Prestashop for about a month now but the Visits column in the Stats Dashboard is showing 0.
