Shipping Issue

Hi guys,

 

we have setup a new shop for a client in South Africa, but selling mainly in the UK (Pounds), but also cater for South Africans.

 

Now when I order with an SA address I have no problem, during the check out and the shipping.

 

But if I order through the UK it gives me an error message (There are no carriers available that deliver to this address.) I have gone through all the posts, but did not find anything that worked for me. We have setup the carrier, zone and country (UK) in the back-end, so it should really work.

 

There is one more option for carriers which allows to choose to show the highest price when the order is out of range OR to disable the carrier if it is out of range. If I select show the highest price, the carrier starts showing but shows ALWAYS with the highest price, even for the small orders. I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but maybe there is someone out there that can assist.
