tdheywood Posted February 23, 2013 Share Posted February 23, 2013 Hello everyone, When the customer click onto one of the catagories on my website the products display in block forms. But some gaps appear in the products and create blocks so the products dont look neat! I have added a photo. Bill Dalton Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 The default view is List. That means the first time visitor will see the List View. If your customer changes the view to Grid, PS writes a cookie and will use the grid view until they change it back. This is good behavior because it gives your customers what they want. However if you would like to remove the choice and "only" have list view that is easy enough to do in your product list and sort tpl. Do you thing your Grid problem may be caused by images that have inconsistent sizes, or could the default truncation be set too long for titles or description?
