This has nothing to do with Prestashop. Whomever installed your theme is making calls to things that do not exist Basically the theme is only part there. Than you have over 60 CSS and Js files to be loaded until the page can start to render. Try to enable Smart cache for CSS, Javascript and other optimisations under the performance tab. If your template is not compatible you should change. If possible get a better hosting our use a CDN to server your static files. The time to first byte of 3seconds is imo slow. What in my case is really slowing down is the waiting for cdn.shop.pe. I don't know if you really need that from my personal feeling that is a blocker.
