There is the possibility to define the form of payment for each specific product?

For example: You have a product in my store who only want to accept paypal as payment, in this case other forms of payment must be hidden at checkout, there is this possibility?

Hi,

 

I think that it is only possible if you use a extra carrier module. This way, you can create categories and put on it all products that you want to associate at the extra carrier. The extra carrier must check the cart products in order to be available or not. Problems may occur if the cart have products of different categories, that are associated to different extra carriers...
