Leave A Message - Customize Message

Hello,

I am a coder, but new to the php / javascript language so i might need a little deper explanation than the normal coder.

Anyways, I am looking to just customize the statement - "Leave a message" or the line just below it to read something I would like it to say.

This is for the message box in the shopping cart upon check-out.

Can somebody please explain how i can edit that?

simple....

 

back office--Localization-->Translations-->Front Office Translations-->select the language you are working with

 

find the text...and change it-->save

 

note: this could also be in installed modues...it's good to know how to use the translation feature of ps..

I see:

<preference> <localization> , but I dont see this <translation> that you mention in my backoffice.

I am using: PrestaShop™ 1.4.5.1

for 1.4.5.1 (the other I gave was for 1.5)

 

tools-->translations

 

I believe that leave a message is not part of the native prestashop, so you may find it under installed modules...but that is a guess
