Maury Markowitz
I have an image that looks fine when I open it on my Mac or PC, but when I import it into Presta it appears rotated 90 degrees. Any ideas?
StaticMatt
I'd suggest that your Mac and PC are rotating it for your convenience according to the EXIF data. Have you actually opened the image in some editing software (Gimp or Photoshop e.g.)? HTH

Arnel
Hi Maury, You're all over these forums! I got curious and looked at my Prestashop install for the image settings. Checkout the Preferences>Images section as they list ALL of the default image sizes there. If you're using an image that basically doesn't fit, it may be trying to force it into that framework. I was trying to duplicate the issue myself - where were you putting the image? I tried adding a picture to a product as a test. I know the picture was taken vertically with a Nikon camera, so I tried leaving at its default (enormous size - 3264x4928 pixels) and the image was automatically rotated and sized by Prestashop. I believe that this is a function of the image size being assigned - not an EXIF issue on the picture. Regards! Arnel C. Web Hosting Hub
Guest
Same issue here. Big vertical images are being rotated 90 degrees.
