Since you can't logged in to Back Office, You can only disable "Prestashop Check IP" through phpMyAdmin Open DB Table PREFIX_configuration and search name = PS_COOKIE_CHECKIP Set value to 0 to disable check IP NOTE: PREFIX_ is your prestashop database PREFIX_, default is ps_ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
