Breaknick Posted February 14, 2013 Share Posted February 14, 2013 Ciao a tutti, ho un problemino con alcuni ordini. Ho appena messo online il mio sito. Gli ordini sono iniziati ad arrivare, ma certe volte mi capita di ricevere ordini non validi. Mi spiego meglio. Capita che nel BO risulta esserci un nuovo ordine, ma quando lo apro scopro che nell'ordine non c'è nessun prodotto e che risulta essere un ordine non valido. Difatti nell'angarfica cliente c'è scritto: Ordini non validi: 1 lo stato non è stato ancora definito per quest'ordine. Quello che vorrei capire è se effettivamente il cliente ha effettuato l'ordine... e se così non fosse... come faccio a fare in modo che prestashop non mi aggiunga gli ordini non validi insieme agli ordini veri e propri? Può essere dovuto al fatto che nel modulo carrello l'opzione Carrello Ajax è attivata? Grazie a tutti Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ZiZuu Posted October 23, 2014 Share Posted October 23, 2014 Hi all .. we are having the same issue .. after digging into the trouble for a while we discovered that the root cause seems to the Cache.php having tried to allocate too much memory PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 167772160 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /...../web/classes/cache/Cache.php on line 336 We have PS Cache disabled .. that's strange PS version 1.6.9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
