Missing orders from backoffice

I am having some problems with my shop . It happens sometime that an order is not appearing in backoffice (1/100 orders ) . I did not found anynthing in common at missing orders . I need to log in database and change the order status from Canceled to Confirmed to show up in back office .

 

Anyone has an idea why some orders are missing ? ( canceled status ) . I did not found anything in commnon , it happens random .

I have the same problem in 1.3.2.3.

 

my solution is to search for missing order ID and modify the status. it works too.

The status of my missing orders is my last custom status (hand delivery)

I am having same issue in my v1.4.8.2 shop. Each time I have to go the cart list and found it out. When I check the order, it displays "invalid order" and the status is "waiting for paypal payment". I need to change its status to "payment received" manully and it will appear in order list. Not sure why is happening like this.
