Black and White theme - Footer Links Problems

Hi, is anyone else having footer link problems with the Black and White theme?

 

Got a plugin that auto generates footer links and for some reason its having problems generating pages 3 and 4 from the cms - keeps generating links:

 

cms.php?id_cms=3 or CMS.php?id_cms=4

 

anyone else getting the same problem - and if so - do they know why and how to fix it?

 

tried hard coding the links into the plug in to ignore the links but that doesnt work, also made sure that all pages exsist.

 

Any ideas would be awsome
