chrisnesbit Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Is it possible to set a cost of shipping on a individual product basis (from the products admin) AND have a free shipping option (collect in store). So, I add a product, and in the details I set a shipping cost of £xx. Then, when in the checkout I would like to purchaser to either pay shipping or if planning on collecting, select collection and have no shipping added? tomerg3 Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Prestashop by default has a free shipping option that applies to all carriers. Normally, you could set up two carriers, add price or weight ranges, populate one with rates, and the other set to 0 shipping cost (and do not use the built in free shipping). I do not think this would work if you want to use product specific shipping cost. You can still try it, if it doesn't work, you can use the following module http://www.prestashop.com/forums/index.php?/topic/148747-module-localized-shipping-set-shipping-rates-by-country-state-or-zipcode-range-or-wildcard/ which lets you enter a free shipping limit per carrier, so you could use the product specific shipping cost, and assign a free shipping limit of $1 for the local pickup carrier Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
