I was wondering if is possible to create a module like this.

 

1 - Customers choose products, and put them in the cart.

So at this point i want to finalize an order with a status of something like "Waiting our analysis", after analisys is complete, the seller change order status to "Analysis Complete".

 

2 - With this order status, customer receive an email with a link to chose shipping method and payment method, as he would in a normal purchase.

 

My doubt is more in the 2th part, is possible to "place" a customer directly in the shipping or payment page? If yes, how could i do this?
