BenC Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 Hi, When I get an email from a customer I dont receive an email notification, everything is turned on and I have tested the email by using the button but still nothing comes through. PascalVG Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 Does the test-email come through? Does the 'customer' get a confirmation mail from your website that the message has been sent? (try: login as customer, send an email to customer service using 'contact us') Do you use php mail or do you try to use the SMTP option? What Prestashop version do you use at the moment?
