Finzmac Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 Hi , I am wondering if it would at all be possible to get some advice on how i would be able to install a free chat software onto my existing website www.fifautcoinstore.com I had one of my developers attempt to install it but say's he had trouble identifying where he could edit the html. I would greatly appreciate any recommendation's or advice on this matter. I am a big fan of Presta and it has worked like a dream in enabling me to achieve great success in my line of sales. I would if at all possible like to know if their is a method where i would be able to have a customer form for filling out details i require from once the payment has been processed instead of just the web mail. I am looking to simplify as many factors to make it as easy as possible to process orders for our customers and these were the only two things i could see in enabling us to provide better customer service. Hi, Yes we face orders where we must receive player details and have tried to implement the buyer listing their details on paypal note to us but the majority unfortunately do not do this and it has proven to be quite confusing and time consuming waiting for their mail to the site of these details. I would personally like a chat software to be available on the site where i could take the customer's order number and player details or by a player detail fill out form once they have sent payment. It would greatly make the whole process easier having either one of these option's available to enable us to get our customer's orders dealt with in the quickest time possible.
