CMS block modul - Multiple Setup

Hi,

 

I'm trying to configure the CMS block modul devide as a two separately blocks "Information" block and "Customer service" block for example. Each blocks contains few links, for example in Information block - About Us, Terms & Condition and Site Map; in Custumer service block - Delivery & Shipping, Return & Exchanges and My Account.

 

Could somebody tell me how to do that ?

 

I configure the sub-categories in CMS block modul, added the links, but without acceptable result. I can see only one block not two...
