bykrmom Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 When my users navigate away from my shop or even close their browsers, they are still logged in when they return.Also, when users DO log out, the center column continues to show the page they were on and does not return to the home page.Can anyone help me fix these two irritating errors? I find a customer can come back days later and they are still logged in. I have changed the valid cookie time and it still works. ariom Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 I have a similar question ... this is a big problem il the costumer login using a public internet spot, i would to be shure all personal data get deleted also if a logged costumer exit from the site not doing the logout. Maybe it is possible to give an expiry time to the session cookie, 30 min. for example, and after that a costumer will be automatically log out, but i can't find where to do this on a PS v.1.6.0.14.
