Je voulais avoir votre avis, je vais bientôt lancer mon site e-commerce et je m'apprétais à acheter un template prestashop sur une boutique en ligne. Seulement voila, après le paiement, je recois un email en anglais : Although your payment was already processed through the payment gateway, we are unable to accept the order without further verification from you. The fastest and most secure way to authorize the payment is to identify yourself as a cardholder or an account holder. You are kindly asked to send the scanned image of your driver's license or a passport to[email protected]. You may also use your digital camera to make a picture. The document should be in a high resolution format and legible so it could be accepted for authorization. PLEASE, MIND, WE ASK YOU TO COVER THE SECURE DATA ON YOUR DOCUMENT FOR YOUR PROTECTION. IT MAKES SENDING THE COPY PERFECTLY SECURE. Est ce normal qu'on me demande d'envoyer ma CIN ? Et j'ai pas compris leur dernière phrase ?
