LucasJamali Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 Hello guys, I'm currently working on my Prestashop website, customising it graphically and what not. The website is on version 1.5.3.1, so the latest version as of this day. Now the problem I'm having is concerning uploading images to the categories. When I do that, it comes up with an error telling me that the image format is not recognized and that the only supported formats are JPG/PNG/GIF etc. I realise this error has been posted and discussed several times, however after much research I still didn't find a solution - hence my post. I saw the changelogs of Prestashop and apparently this error was fixed, but it seems like I'm still getting it. It works no problem for product images. Actually, the error comes up when uploading the logo as well, except that it actually works. The logo is uploaded and I can use it, but Prestashop still gives me that error. My img folder is at 777 CHMOD. I tried to upload category images on a new installation too and was greeted with the same error. Does anybody have a solution for this? Thanks!
