cmat Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 so my client created a db back up in prestashop and updated from 1.4 to 1.5 with 1 click module. they were having major issues with importing the db. so they copied the 1,4 files back to the root and the site is some what there(i.e. catagories and manufatures but no products or pix). i have a phpmyadmin back up and my questions is how can i tell what version of prestashop this was saved in so that i can install that version to try to revive the site???? cmat Posted January 17, 2013 Author Share Posted January 17, 2013 hey DH42 if the ps_version_db is 1.4.2.5 and the installed version of prestashop is 1.4.5.1 can that cause db issues. such as no products or pix showing. should i downgrade to 1.4.2.5??
