1.5.3.1 PDF issues

Hi,

 

I'm experiencing a few issues with the generated PDF's in the latest build of Presta.

 

1:

If a customer enters both shipping and billing adress, only the billing adress is shown on the pdf.

 

2:

I used to be able to insert

{$carrier->name}

and get the Carrier name displayed, but not anymore. No errors either.
