admkrtp Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Hi guy I guess I found a bug but not sure if it is a bug or not, so thats why Im asking if someone faced with a problem like this. I add 1 file field on customization tab at product properties. everything look fine I can see the field on product details at frontoffice, I can add photo to my order. Than I come to backoffice to see the orders photo but when I click to details of order and click the photo which customer sent me, its kick me out of system to to login page of backoffice :S its really interesting. is this a bug or someone had same problem before, if yes how you solwed. please this is the most important thing for my business. all help will be appreciated. Cheers.. (btw my products are like; people send me some drawings and I make something with their drawings or their photos etc.. so my customers needs to send me a photo or their drawing with their order.) Try to make a clean install of PS 1.5.3 on the same server but a different folder, and see if you can reproduce the issue there well, actually I tried many things. reinstall on same server with different directory, clean install to the same directory, new install to a new server with same version and versin 1.4.9 etc..
