One Page Checkout Issues

Hi,

I am having some issues with the OPC. Basically once you click the SAVE button the lock in your delivery / billing details it doesn't show the payment options, unless the refresh the page manually....

 

I am using 1.4.9 and i have even changed back to the unmodified prestashop theme, and the same happens.

 

I have noticed that when clicking SAVE an error log is created with the following entry:

Can anyone help please.
