Installazione fallita "Create default shop and languages"

Ciao a tutti,

 

Sono nuovo del mondo PrestaShop e non credevo mi desse tutti questi problemi l'installazione.

 

Una volta configurato il tutto, parte l'installazione vera e propria e si blocca al punto indicato in oggetto... senza nessuna informazione circa l'errore che è avvenuto...

Semplicemente: "

1. Create default shop and languages
   

 

Un errore è avvenuto durante l'installazione…

 

Puoi utilizzare il link nella colonna sinistra per tornare indietro ai passi precedenti, oppure ricominciare l\installazione cliccando qui."

 

Ho la versione 1.5.3.1.

 

Tra l'altro, in un tentativo precedente mi dava errore nella creazione dell'immagine dei prodotti...

 

Qualcuno sa illuminarmi e indicarmi se esiste un file di log dell'installazione? In modo che possa vedere dove si pianta?

non esiste un file di log,

ma non ho mai visto tanti errori.

Sicuro che il server abbia i requisiti?

Tra l'altro il primo è un errore di database

il secondo probabilmente di permessi...?!

il check iniziale dei requisiti lo passa senza problemi... ho anche provato a dare 777 a tutto ma non cambia niente..

e comunque in un tentativo precedente quel passaggio viene eseguito..

I log dell'installazione non ci sono, ma sicuramente da qualche parte hai altri log, ma non sapendo su che hosting stai provando ciò, versioni di php ecc ecc, difficile aiutarti.

Installato la stessa versione poco fa e nessun problema.

Prova a buttare su un file phpinfo e incolla qua la tua configurazione, sicuramente qualcuno riuscirà ad aiutarti.

Credo che il problema sia che l'utente del webserver sia apache:apache mentre l'utente della docroot è un altro...

 

Ora il passo delle lingue lo passa, però ho questo errore durante l'installazione dei dati di esempio:

 

"Non posso creare immagine "MacBook_Air" for entity "product",Non posso creare immagine "MacBook_Air_1" for entity "product",Non posso creare immagine "MacBook_Air_2" for entity "product",Non posso creare immagine "MacBook_Air_3" for entity "product",Non posso creare immagine "MacBook_Air_4" for entity "product",...."

 

Questo penso sia un problema di permessi, ma ho dato 777 a tutto...

Dovrei riuscire a risolverlo io in qualche modo...

Ma se qualche [spam-filter] di OVH riesce ad illuminarmi

Ho temporaneamente risolto non installando i dati di esempio...

Ora però non mi accedere all'admin!

 

Elimino la cartella install, se poi voglio accedere a /admin mi dice che devo rinominare la cartella e poi accedere con la nuova cartella...

Peccato che se faccio così ottengo un bell'errore 500!

Era il safe_mode... che OVH imposta a on nei vhost...

Devi andare sul plesk => Domini => il tuo dominio => Impostazione hosting web e nell'elenco delle opzioni c'e' il safe_mode, a cui devi togliere la spunta.
