bokoo
After unsuccessfully modifying order-carrier.tpl to say "TBD" instead of "Free!" my site is not showing carriers correctly. I uploaded the original version in its entirety but still the same results. Here are some notes: -When beginning the checkout process, https://website.com/order.php?step=1 shows as it should, but clicking "Next" forwards to https://website.com/order.php which shows the cart module to the left and menus above as it should be but no shipping options or "Next" button. See attached image. -When manually entering https://website.com/order.php?step=2 into the url the same screen shows up, small cart on the left and menus as it should be but no shipping options or "Next" button. -When manually entering https://website.com/order.php?step=3 I bypass the shipping step, enter payment information (we use an offline module), and can submit an order. It seems to pick an arbitrary shipping method. I've searched the forums for similar problems but cannot find anything! Someone help!! I'm on PS 1.4.9.

the.rampage.rado
Why don't you generally switch to one page checkout? It's faster and generally better for the customer.
bokoo
Valid suggestion. One I hadn't tried. The result is the same blank page as shown in the attachment, only under https://website.com/order-opc.php
mathsolutions
carriers don't work properly in ps 1.5.3.1 switch to 1.5.2.0 and all will work right
bokoo
Thanks for the response, we are actually running 1.4.9.0 on this site. It was only after a modification to order-carrier.tpl that things got hairy. Ended up hiring on Freelancer.com and our guy was able to repair the issue for quite cheap. We are back up and running!
