Password regenerator failes to regenerate at

It is something wrong with Password regenerator.

I have been able to regenerate password from hotmail accounts , but it fails in others mails accounts (eg. gmail)
I have setup the Password regenerate too: 1 minute ,but even after 24 hours it still complains that I must wait... (but for hotmail it works after 1 minute.)
Whats the problem?
Im frustrated!
