hurray Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 I have 2 sites and recently I sent out a reduction voucher code to one of my customers. I set the same code for both sites so that the customer could use it in either of my 2 sites. However he called this morning saying that the code does not work on one of the sites. He inserts the code, then presses validate and nothing happens. I asked him to see if he could use it on the other site, and when he did, it worked. Strange.
