How change the order of languages, cart and permanent links in the header

Hello !

 

That is what I desperately need !

 

I need to change the order of permanents_links (contact, sitemap), languages and shopping cart in the header.

 

Ive tried in the back office changing the positions but that doesnt fit things as i need.

 

I think it will be better to rearranged them in a .tpl file. but i dont know where to find that specific file for the header.
