image missing after activate FRIENDLY URL

Hi presta mania

I got in trouble after enabling friendly URL

the image that I put through TinyMCE (as a banner) can not appear on the product page

after I check .. "wrong source image"

block layered also does not appear on the product page

what the might be wrong on the file. htaccess??

please help
