Multistore view, search and toggling

Hi,

 

Is it possible to setup a Multistore environment where the users/customers will be able to drill down between different stores in a region cascading maner?

 

Example:

 

Cars.

-Region

--Region 1

---Car dealer 1

---Car dealer 2

--Region 2

---Car dealer 3

---Car dealer 4

 

Each dealer needs their own shop to maintain, but for each region(s) the users need to get an overview about the products (on sale, featured, new) at each level.

 

I have been trying to set that up in 1.5, for several days, can anyone come up with a solution/help?
