I've read both the user guide and designer guide already, but I still can't figure out everything. 1. Is there a more exhaustive guide to develop custom themes? 2. Horizontal top menu is in $hook_top. I can take it out of there using the 'positions' in back office. But, how can I position it on top of my pages, outside of $hook_top? The reason: I want currencies, languages... on the right side of the logo, on the top of the page, independent from the top menu. 3. How do I move modules around inside of a hook? I mean, $hook_top includes several modules, and I want to put them wherever I want, not just above/below each other, as with the positions feature in back office. ronwhiz Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 I want to add my voice to this request. I've also read the designer guide, and other resources I could find on the web. But I still haven't found out how to modify variables such as $HOOK_TOP, and how the variable gets created in the first place. This makes it very difficult for doing any out-of-the-box theming.
