With PayPal enabled via Modules, when the Presta 'Add to Cart' button is clicked in order to add a porduct to the shop cart an alert appears: Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'error' errorThrown: 'Method Not Allowed' responseText: <html><head><title>Error 405 Method Not Allowed </title></head><body bgcolor=#ffffff><h2>Error 405 Method Not Allowed </h2><p>The requested method POST is not allowed for URL /<p><i>Powered by <a href="http://errors.zeus.com/">Zeus Technology</a></i></body></html> This happens in both Firefox and Safari desktop browsers but the 'Add to Cart' function works fine in Safari for mobile. I'm currently on Presta 1.5 and have two purchased themes installed, one for the destop site and one for the mobile version. Once PayPal is disabled the 'Add to Cart' works fine on the desktop version of the shop. Any suggestion on how to resolve this? Thanks. parachutist Posted January 7, 2013 Author Share Posted January 7, 2013 SOLVED Thanks for the reply. I have solved this problem. The issue lay with AJAX mode being enabled in the Cart Block module.
