Payment error status and paypal does not charge money

When I do a checkout on prestashop(1.5.2), it goes to paypal page(sandbox), I still see total price on paypal page but when I finish the payment it redirect to my site I give "error payment" status for that order and after that I check paypal sandbox account and see paypal did not charge money. What happy for this situation? Somebody can help me please? I spent too much time with this issue (my boss will kill me '+_+)

I also want to ask why I choose currency is euro paypal can not work (do not go to paypal page, just show 1 list bugs)
