server fehler 500

[diango-tattoo]

habe den Prestashop 1.5.2.0 shop geht nicht mehr muss erst i in der htaccess vom Prestashop die Zeile Options -Multiviews komplett herauszunehmen dann komm ich wieder in den admin bereich aber wenn ich was speichern will der gleiche fehler wieder da !

was kann ich machen bitte helft mir der shop muß wieder online !!!!!!

der shop lief ja schon nur sehr langsam teilweise und daher wollte ich den cache einstellen da er mir auch als fehler angezeigt wurde

nur dann lief nix mehr ! das ist ja das was ich nicht verstehe wenn ich den cache auf die alte einstellung bringe müsste er wieder laufen aber tut er nicht denn ich kann nicht speichern ! sofern ich das mache kommt wieder server error 500 wenn ich nix speichere kann ich im admin bereich hin und her hüpfen wie ich will geht alles nur der shop selbst nicht kommt nur eine weiße seite ! und ich hatte auf dem server vorher schon eine alte Prestashop version laufen über monate ! Daher kann es am Provider eig nicht liegen !

So nun habe ich aus der htaccess vom Prestashop die Zeile Options -Multiviews komplett herausgenommen habe beim cache im Admin bereich den hacken raus gemacht apache Opti... wo die htaccess neu generriert würd zur cache optimierung und habe friendly url den hacken weg gemacht dann kann ich im admin bereich speichern ändern etc kein fehler mehr nur auf dem Shop komm ich nicht da hab ich dann noch eine fehler meldung :

! Wenn ich friendly Url wieder anmache und speichere kommt sofort wieder error 500 ! Das kann doch nur am Shop liegen aber was kann ich machen das meine ganzen artikel aus dem shop nicht weg sind und die ganzen kategorien ???

 

Und warum schreibt sich der wert # Disable Multiviews Options -Multiviews immer wieder in die htaccess ?

der wert macht den haupt fehler wenn der drin ist geht nichts !

Dein Server unterstützt weder CCC noch cloud cache. Bitte deinstalliere das aktivierte Cloud Cache Modul. Vorher immer den Provider Fragen. Deine .htaccess verfügt auch über ausreichende Schreibrechte, so dass du sie überschreiben kannst ?

PS: Wenn dein Server zu langsam ist und keinerlei Cache-Funktionen bietet, dann suche dir einen anderen Provider. Mit dem wirst du nicht glücklich und verkaufen tust du auch nichts, weil jeder genervt dann die Seite verlässt.

 

memcache oder andere Cache-Techniken sind ein absolutes Muss für Shops wie Prestashop oder Magento. Moderne Technik erfordert auch moderne Hardware.

Was für ein Cache system muß ich nutzen ? ich nutzte gerade dateisystem kann aber auch xcache apc oder memcache auswählen Und wie installiere ich die ???

Dateisystem würde ich nicht nutzen. Irgendendwann wird das System immer langsamer, weil sich der Cache nicht von selbst leert und dein FTP vollgeschrieben wird.

 

Alle Einstellungen hier bitte mit deinem Provider absprechen. Das sind alles serverbedingte Einstellungen. Werden diese nicht unterstützt, so kannst du diese Optionen auch nicht nützen.

CCC hat ein gelbes Zeichen, weil sie nicht aktiviert sind. Dein Server unterstützt sie nicht. Bitte mit dem Provider absprechen.
