Error During Check out with test purchase.

Hello Everyone,

 

I have worked hard to get my presta shop setup and I have it almost done. Just been adding products to it today and decided to do a test run with it to make sure the system was working right. I did a test order and did all 4 steps and got to payment and then my web browser returned this error:

 

 

Server error

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://teddybearclothing.biz/index.php?controller=order&multi-shipping=. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Here are some suggestions:

• Reload this webpage later.
  

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Any Suggestions on how to fix this? As far as my server goes it is a standard Cpanel/WHM setup with PHP and nothing is restricted in PHP. The server is secured and hardened. The Payment module we are trying to use is google check out. Can you please help if at all possible. Thank you in advanced. I didn't know exactly were to post this so if I have posted in the wrong topic I am sorry.

I really would appreciate some sort of help. I can provide the server config information for you if this is required. I can not get my prestashop to proceed to the last step to collect a payment. I would really like to continue to use prestashop. Thank you.

Okay maybe it would help if I ran the steps I did to get the following error and then someone could possibly help me?

 

1. After creating a test product at our site http://teddybearclothing.biz I add the product to the shopping cart.

2. I check out and proceed to create a test account and add my address information

3. I review the shipping costs I have setup and accept the terms and conditions.

4. I click next to proceed to the payments page and I get this error.

I have reinstalled the presta shop to try and make sure I have configured it right and I still get the error. Magicquotes is enabled would this cause a issue with this step? I have tried this on 2 VPS servers so far and got the same error twice. Any help would be appreciated.
