Stone0388 Posted December 19, 2012 Share Posted December 19, 2012 Hello everyone, I've had a few issues with the check out process, and right when I think I have it figured out something else pops up. The first problem is, if you try to create a new account to check out and fill in all required information, it will not let you advance past the first page because it says it needs 1 phone number. The only problem is there is no place to enter a phone number. I've attached a photo. Second problem is, after adding items to the cart and trying to check out as guest by clicking the check out button, all that happens is the homepage reloads. Finally, if you happen to actually have an existing account and log in to check out, it will take you to the final screen that says "Please confirm your order by clicking I confirm order" so I do, and then I have an error page. I've also listed 2 pictures of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you guys could test it your self, I've made a set of skull mugs available to add to the cart for testing.
